Finding Your Next 52TOYS Blind Box: Top Recommendations

The thrill of opening a 52TOYS blind box is a unique experience. That moment of anticipation before revealing which character you’ve received is a huge part of the appeal for collectors across the UK. However, with an ever-expanding universe of series and styles, choosing which mystery box to get next can be a challenge.

This guide is designed to help you navigate the exciting world of 52TOYS. We'll offer some practical tips for selecting your next figure and highlight a few standout series that are capturing the attention of collectors this year.

How to Choose Your Next Collectible Mini Figure

Before you add a new mystery box toy to your basket, consider a few points to ensure it’s the right fit for your collection or a perfect gift for a friend.

1. Consider the Material and Purpose

52TOYS offers more than just the classic vinyl figures. You'll also find plush keychain blind box series, which are perfect for accessorising bags, keys or lanyards. Vinyl 52TOYS collectible figures are ideal as trendy desktop ornaments or for display in a dedicated cabinet. Think about where your new figure will live – on a shelf or on the go – as this can help you narrow down your options.

2. Match the Aesthetic to Your Collection

The world of designer art toys in the UK is incredibly diverse. Are you drawn to cute, 'kawaii' characters or do you prefer a darker, gothic aesthetic? Perhaps you're a fan of a specific franchise and are looking for licensed collaborations. Identifying the style you enjoy most will make it easier to find a series you’ll love, whether it’s a colourful anime blind box or a more alternative design.

3. Look for Unique Character Concepts

Part of the fun is discovering new and imaginative characters. Some series are built around a central theme, like the NINNIC "We Are Different" collection, which celebrates individuality. Others, like the Lilith series, explore darker, more narrative-driven concepts. Paying attention to the story or theme behind a series can add another layer of enjoyment to your collection.
