The Google Pixel 9 Pro XL 256GB in Obsidian feels like the phone to reach for when a day runs from train tickets and work messages to photos at supper: cool satin glass, a deep black finish and a generous screen that makes maps, edits and reading feel properly comfortable. It will suit anyone in the United Kingdom who wants plenty of storage without juggling apps and albums, though the larger size is less pocket-friendly in slim jeans.
