Refund timing

Refunds are always sent back to the same payment method used to place the order. The timing depends on whether your order was cancelled or returned.

Order cancellations

Once your order has been successfully cancelled, we will process your refund. It is usually credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Returns

For returns, we will refund your purchase as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back. Once the refund has been processed, please allow 3–5 working days for it to be fully reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund amount

If you return only part of your order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly and will apply only to the items actually returned.

If your order included free gifts, vouchers or discounts linked to the returned items, the value of any unreturned free gifts, as well as any delivery fees, vouchers or discounts directly connected to those items, may be deducted from your refund.

In such cases, the final refund amount is calculated based on the actual value of the returned items, after all applicable deductions under our return policy.
