Return Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, including beauty and skincare items (such as masks, creams, and serums), menstrual and dental care products, baby care and nappy‑changing items, and personal care devices like hair removal tools, shavers, and foot massagers.
  • Personalised or custom‑made products.
  • Food, beverages, alcohol, or tobacco that have been opened or unsealed.
  • Perishable goods (for example, flowers or food) once they have been dispatched.
  • Digital content (such as e‑books, music files, software, or game activation keys) once accessed or activated.
  • CDs, DVDs, or software with broken seals.
  • Services that have been fully performed after you agreed they could begin during the cancellation period.

These exclusions are in line with our return policy and right‑to‑cancel regulations.
