Will I receive a full refund after return?

In most cases, yes — provided the returned product is in its original condition, complete, undamaged, and shows no signs of use.

You are fully entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described when delivered.

However, refund deductions may apply in the following situations:

  • The return does not comply with our Return Policy.
  • The return is due to a customer error or involves an ineligible item
  • Additional delivery options or services (such as installation) were purchased
  • A prepaid return label is used for a return that does not qualify for free return
  • Perishable goods fail delivery due to incorrect customer information or unsuccessful contact attempts
  • Only part of an order is returned, or a free gift included with the item is not returned

In these cases, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the value of the items actually returned, after any applicable deductions.
