The new Slim fast raspberry and white chocolate flavour shake is absolutely delicious, definitely the best in the range but then I do have a sweet tooth. It's only 226kcal as long as you follow the measurements, high in protein has 23 vitamins and minerals plus a source of fibre and also its no added sugar. The 365g tin will make 10 meals. Very simple to make level off 2 scoops (scoop provided) and mix with skimmed milk.
I use these alongside a balanced diet. I don't use the Slim Fast diet plans, however as these are low calories they work well in a calorie defecit diet. These are great and I'm quite happy to go without my standard lunch instead opting for one of these if I'm in a hurry and I find these fill me up enough until dinner.
