Direction for use
Soak whisk prongs in cold water for a few minutes before use. Use bamboo shovel to measure matcha powder (approximately 2 scoops per 2 oz water). Add 175°F water and whisk briskly in an "M" shape motion until frothy. Use teaspoon to stir settled matcha or measure larger quantities. After use, clean whisk under cold water, pat dry, and store on porcelain holder. Clean other tools with warm water only (no soap).
