Direction for Use
For room fragrance, add a few drops to an ultrasonic diffuser or oil burner to create a refreshing and clearing atmosphere, perfect for a work environment or for meditation. For steam inhalation, add 2-4 drops to a bowl of just-boiled water, lean over the bowl with a towel covering your head, close your eyes and inhale the vapours for a few minutes to help clear the airways. For a soothing massage blend, dilute 2 drops of eucalyptus, 1 drop of Roman chamomile and 1 drop of lavender in two teaspoons of sweet almond oil and massage into the chest and back to release pressure and clear breathing. Always dilute essential oils before applying to the skin.
