I've been using these towels for months now and can honestly say I don't have to worry about leaks when I'm wearing them. I've always bought winged towels to protect my underwear and these do exactly that. They're also thin and not bulky like other towels I've used for my heavy periods.

I have, ironically, always used always sanitary towels and these are really great! Purchased on a whim and will buy again!
