In-ear comfort varies from person to person. I hesitated about comfort before buying, but after buying it, I found that the M-size earbuds were too small for me, and the find-a-ear function was quite useless. If I could send a command remotely to keep the earbuds playing, which would affect other people's wearing of them, it would greatly increase the chances of returning them, which would be much more practical than the find-a-ear function.
