Born in 1992 in Masham, North Yorkshire, this ale is brewed using pristine dales water and traditional Yorkshire Square fermentation vessels—a method that ensures exceptional depth and character. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting bouquet of dried fruits, zesty orange, and subtle roasted coffee maltiness.
