Installation & Maintenance
To install, submerge the cartridge in cold water and shake gently to remove air bubbles before clicking it firmly into the funnel of your Brita jug. Filter and discard the first two fillings to prime the carbon and ion-exchange media for optimal use. For consistent water quality and hygiene, replace the cartridge every four weeks or after 150 litres of use as indicated by your jug's electronic or manual display. Safety Warnings
This filtration system is intended only for use with municipally treated tap water and should not be used with water of unknown microbiological quality.
