Finally found some Chinese-style spare ribs! The ones sold in Western supermarkets are all long and thin, and they often have a porky smell. These spare ribs don't have that smell, and there's a lot of meat on them. They're so delicious for making sweet and sour spare ribs! ✨

I recommend marinating it first, then baking it in an air fryer for 20 minutes; it'll be incredibly fragrant!
