Reviews
This product is very convenient since the pork trotters are already diced into good sizes. They are fresh and work great for making traditional slow-cooked soups or stews
The raw pig's trotters were frozen, but the quality was truly excellent – a definite thumbs up! What surprised me most was how thoroughly they were cleaned; completely free of any stray hairs or odors, saving me the most troublesome processing steps – just a quick rinse and they were ready to cook. I prepared my own braising sauce, and the finished product was a beautiful, glossy red color, with a soft, chewy, and bouncy texture, bursting with collagen. It's a godsend for those who love braised food but hate the hassle of preparation. The price-performance ratio is incredibly high; it's cheaper and cleaner than buying ready-made trotters outside. I'll definitely buy them again after I finish them!
