Usage Instruction:

• Installation: This appliance must be installed by a qualified person, following the provided instructions and local regulations. Decide on the extraction method (ducted or recirculation) before installation. For recirculation, install the optional carbon filters.

• Operation: Use the push-button controls to select the desired speed (1=Low, 2=Medium, 3=High). Turn on the LED light using its separate button for illumination over the hob.

• Venting: For best performance, use the hood with ducted venting to the outside. Ensure the ducting is as short and straight as possible.

• Maintenance: Regularly clean the aluminium grease filters (approximately every month). Remove them by unclipping, wash in warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly before reinserting. Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft, damp cloth.

Safety Warning

• WARNING – Fire Hazard: Grease filters are not fireproof. Never flambé or use an open flame under the hood. Clean filters regularly to prevent grease buildup.
