Storage Conditions:

Keep frozen at -18⁰C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 day. Do not re-freeze.

Cooking Suggestion:

Microwave 

1. Remove packaging, place the frozen eel (with fish skin facing downwards) on microwave safe plate.

2. Cook at high power for 2 to 3 minutes.

Boiling Water

1. Place frozen eel package into a large pot of boiling water (fully immersed).

2. Boil for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the package from the pot.
