Storage Condition
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ideal storage temperature is below 15°C . After opening, transfer to an airtight container to maintain freshness, prevent moisture absorption, and protect against pests .

Usage Instructions
Cooking required. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 20 to 30 minutes before cooking. Cook with the appropriate amount of water as directed on the package or in your rice cooker. Once cooked, let the rice rest for 10 minutes before gently mixing with sushi vinegar if preparing sushi rice.

Hob From Ambient: Rinse 1 cup rice until water runs clear. Combine with 1.1 cups water in a heavy bottomed pot and soak for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff gently before serving.
