Direction for Use

1. Perform a 48-hour skin allergy test before use, following the instructions in the enclosed leaflet—even if you have used this product before

2. Protect clothing and surfaces with old towels, then put on the gloves provided

3. Pour the entire contents of the Colour Base bottle into the Applicator bottle, replace the cap, and shake thoroughly to mix (1:1 mixing ratio)

4. Break off the triangular tip of the applicator bottle, pointing away from your face

5. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair, starting where hair is greyest, then work through to cover all hair—use enough mixture to wet hair thoroughly and evenly

6. Gently massage the product into the hair to create a lather; do not add water during application

7. Start timing AFTER application is completed—wait only 5 minutes (or slightly less to prevent colour from becoming too dark)

8. In the shower, rinse out thoroughly until water runs clear, then shampoo and rinse again

9. Dry and style as usual

Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product comes into contact with eyes. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows—to do so may cause blindness. Wear gloves provided. Contains hydrogen peroxide, resorcinol and phenylenediamines. In rare cases, use of hair colour has been associated with skin depigmentation (white patches, loss of skin colour or a condition called vitiligo), which may be temporary or permanent. If you notice any skin depigmentation, discontinue use immediately. Do not use hair colour products at all if you have skin depigmentation problems or if you have a family history of skin depigmentation problems. Keep out of reach of children.
