This wine has a very delicate taste. Although the alcohol content is high, the alcohol feeling is not strong when entering the mouth. The foam is also very delicate. In addition to Leffe, I love Chouffe the most. The only drawback is that it is too much without you noticing.
This was my first craft beer. Its malty aroma and alcohol content far surpass those of industrial water beers. Even with the later comparisons to stronger beers like Roosevelt No. 10, the Schuffe's distinctive character remains clear: the three Schuffe's varying bitterness levels complement different dishes, creating a uniquely rich palate. Add to that the new cherry-flavored Schuffe's line, and this series is truly a perennial favorite in craft beer.
