I read mixed reviews before buying it. I bought it anyway, just to try it out. Actually, it's okay; it doesn't taste artificial. I think the coconut flavor (like a coconut latte) is just a smell; it tastes like pure, bitter coffee. There's a slight coconut flavor at the end. Adding water to make an Americano is quick and easy, and the taste isn't bad.
