Storage Condition

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, wrap any remaining icing in cling film or place in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out. Do not refrigerate.

Usage Instructions

1. Lightly dust your work surface with icing sugar.

2. Knead the icing until it is soft and pliable.

3. Roll out to a thickness of approximately 3-4mm.

4. Gently lift and drape over your cake, smoothing the sides with the palms of your hands or a cake smoother.
