I found the Creamy Vanilla flavor to be a bit more white sheet cake flavored than a true vanilla and quite a bit sweeter than I would have liked But otherwise it performs as exactly promised Mixes quickly and thoroughly creates a nice rich shake without being chalky grainy or unctuous and the casein keeps you satiated for a decent amount of time I like to blend mine with frozen fruit or berries for a nice summer smoothie which is why the vaguely cheapgrocerystorecake flavor overtones were somewhat disappointing Its not horrible especially considering some of the other shake brands Ive tried But as someone who is perpetually on the hunt for a minimallysweet and more real vanilla tasting protein smoothie base I likely wont buy this particular flavor again and I really wish they offered an unflavored option in the casein version
