Easy to use, it's quite powerful to use so can be daunting when using for first time. Easy to fill from the bottom. Nice looking packaging. Long wire which is useful when steaming clothes as not restricting yourself

Have been surprised how well this steamer removes creases so easily. It is lightweight and easy to use, the different attachments you can add on for delicates and other fabrics is great and really useful.
