This is my first pair of ear buds or headphones. Until this point I have been using my smartphone like a normal telephone; which has been really trying! I can't hear properly, my phone settings change, it hurts my ears! Both my husband and daughter have earbuds and have used them for years but I couldn't justify the change. Until I really got fed up of the above and finally invested in a pair! I'm not a technophobe but I am not as up-to-speed as I could be. I thought it would be too much of a palaver to set up the earbuds, so I didn't bother changing. I decided to go for the silver buds as my husband and daughter both have white ones and I thought it would be easier to tell them apart. I love the sleek design. They are really smooth and tactile. I can easily tell which ear is which and how to put them in the case because the small, end tips are coloured. They are easy to charge and seem to last for ages. I love the case too - but this might be a down point as I keep playing with it and snapping it shut. The magnet fitting is really good. I was dreading pairing the ear buds with my phone but it was so simple! And hardly took any time. It definitely isn't a reason not to get earbuds! The app is so easy! I wanted ear buds for making phone calls. What a difference it has made! Not only does it free my hands and let me get on with other things when I am chatting but I don't need to worry about my phone settings changing or my ear hurting from the phone - which it normally does! My only problem is that I can't get the out of the case quickly enough when someone calls - but that's down to me not the product! The sound cancelling is amazing! The first time I put the earbuds in my ears the washing machine was on. I turned on the noise cancelling and I thought the washing machine had stopped! Honestly I spent ages turning it off and on again to see the difference! It's great. It removes all of the background noise. I can't believe I was making phone calls without them! I thought I would listen to some music on my phone to test the earbuds properly. The sound quality is great; really clear and now I know how my daughter knows all of the lyrics to songs! My only criticism is that I can't master the small controls on the actual earbuds. I can end a call easily but I can't manage the volume control so I have to use the settings on my phone. Just a small criticism and probably down to me ! I love them. I won't be without them now and take them everywhere.
