Direction for Use
Adults and children 12 years of age and older should brush teeth thoroughly with a soft-bristled toothbrush for at least 1 minute, twice daily (morning and evening) . Use no more than three times per day. Minimise swallowing and spit out after brushing. Children under 12 years should consult a dentist or doctor before use .
