Fast delivery, but both armrests are damaged (see photos) due to poor packaging (loose at the bottom of the box, with the weight of the other items pressing down on them). It seemed to me that the parts had already been unpacked and then repacked. Fortunately, the backrest and seat were undamaged. In use, the backrest isn't upright enough for me, and the seat isn't padded enough. The headrest is ineffective in the upright position, and the gas spring's durability remains to be seen. Otherwise, the price is reasonable.
