This 100mm mini roller system combines a corrosion-resistant galvanized steel frame with 10 medium-pile acrylic sleeves for professional finishing on cabinets, trim, and small surfaces. The zinc-faced frame prevents rust when using water-based paints, while the durable polypropylene handle provides precise control. Acrylic-nylon blend sleeves deliver smooth application on wood, metal, and drywall without lint shedding. Ideal for painters requiring a reliable detail roller system for doors, furniture, and tight spaces.

Direction for Use

To assemble, slide the sleeve onto the frame until the end caps secure it in place. Load the roller by pouring paint into the tray reservoir, rolling the sleeve back and forth to saturate evenly, and removing excess on the tray ramp. For application, use overlapping “W” patterns on smooth surfaces and light crisscross strokes on textured surfaces. Replace the sleeve when paint buildup occurs by sliding off the spent sleeve and replacing it with a fresh one from the 10-pack. For cleaning reusable sleeves, rinse under warm water for water-based paints, and use mineral spirits followed by soapy water for oil-based paints.
