Detailed Product Description
This professional-grade pointing trowel features a 150x75mm blade forged from hardened and tempered carbon steel, taper-ground from heel to toe for controlled flexibility when working mortar into joints. The soft-grip handle integrates a reinforced finger guard and pronounced thumb ridge to lock hand position, while the high-lift profile keeps knuckles clear of abrasive surfaces. Engineered for masonry restoration and new construction, it excels in repointing brickwork, laying paving slabs, and bedding stonework with cementitious or lime-based mortars.
Direction for Use
- Load mortar onto a hawk board.
- Hold the trowel with your thumb on the support ridge and fingers under the guard.
- Scoop mortar along the blade’s length.

- Apply firm, sweeping pressure to force mortar deep into the recess.
- Tilt the blade slightly on the return stroke for a clean surface finish.
- Rinse the blade thoroughly after each use with clean water.
