Usage Instructions
Ready to cook skinless fillets. Quick defrost: Keep sealed in plastic bag and run under cold water or submerge in water for approximately 15 minutes. Slow defrost: Snip a corner off the pouch to break the vacuum, place on a plate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Keep chilled and use within 48 hours.
Cooking Instructions
Defrost fillets before cooking. Season lightly, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10 to 12 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily. Ensure the fish is piping hot (over 70°C) throughout before serving. Alternatively, pan fry in a little oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
