Cooking Instructions
- Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the hake steaks with your choice of herbs and spices. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Baking: Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C for fan-assisted ovens). Place the hake steaks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Season with your choice of herbs and spices. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Pan-Searing: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil and swirl to coat the pan. Season the hake steaks with your choice of herbs and spices. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
