1. Battery Care Guide (Extend Lifespan)

• Avoid High-Temperature Charging: The battery may heat up after using the MAX mode. Please let it cool down for 15-30 minutes before charging to protect battery health.
• Long-Term Storage: If not in use for an extended period, keep the battery charged to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place to prevent deep-discharge damage.

2. Core Component Cleaning (Prevent Suction Loss)

Often, a "drop in suction" doesn't mean the machine is broken—it just means the filter is clogged!

• Empty Dust Cup Promptly: Empty the dust cup after each use or when debris reaches the "TURBO" line to keep the air duct clear.
• HEPA Filter Washing & Drying (Crucial):
  • The HEPA filter is washable. Wash it every 2-3 weeks to prevent fine dust blockages.
  • WARNING: After washing, the filter must air dry in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours. Ensure it is 100% completely dry before reinstalling! A damp filter will cause water damage to the motor.

  • A: Please check: 1. Is the dust cup full? 2. Is the HEPA filter clogged with dust? (Needs washing and drying) 3. Is there a blockage in the extension tube or floor brush?
• Q: Why did the floor brush stop spinning or the LED lights turn off?
  • A: The brush may have tangled with a large object, triggering the "Auto Power-Off Protection." Turn off the vacuum, remove the blockage from the roller, and it will resume normal operation.
