This Singaporean cookie black tea is really fragrant, with a caramel cookie feel, and is suitable for making milk tea. However, I didn't have milk on hand, so I used coconut powder instead. I will try the milk version next time! The only drawback is that it is not individually packaged, which makes it difficult to store in an office without air conditioning at night in the summer.
