After cooking, it had a bouncy and tender texture, with noticeable shrimp meat pieces, not a completely crushed texture. It's suitable for hot pot or soup, and tastes even better after absorbing some of the broth's flavor. The portion size is also quite generous, just right for two people for a hot pot meal. The packaging was also very secure, and there was no damage during transportation. Overall, it's good value for money, and I'll consider buying it again next time I have hot pot.
