Delivery Options

Joybuy delivers orders through JoyExpress and trusted local carriers. The carrier assigned to your order is shown at checkout and in your order details.

Available carriers include:

DPD UK
XLC
Royal Mail

At checkout, you may be able to select from multiple available delivery time slots, allowing you to choose the time that’s most convenient for you to receive your package. The available delivery time options will be shown on the checkout page.

If you select a specific time slot, we’ll deliver your order within the period you’ve chosen. If you don’t select a delivery time, your order will be delivered according to the default scheduled delivery time.
