Ineligible or Incorrect Returns
Please ensure that the correct and complete item is returned. A refund can only be processed after we receive the correct and eligible item.
If an incorrect item is returned to Joybuy, please contact Joybuy Customer Support as soon as possible. Joybuy does not store incorrectly returned items, and we cannot guarantee retrieval or return of such items. No compensation will be provided for items sent in error.
To cancel and return an order within 30 days of delivery, the item must be returned in new and undamaged condition, exactly as received. Some products (such as mobile devices) are supplied in unsealed packaging. These items must be returned in their original condition and without adding any seals.
Joybuy reserves the right to monitor return activity and take appropriate action, including refusing refunds, if misuse or violations of our return policy are identified. If an item different from the one purchased is returned, the refund may be delayed to allow inspection or disposal of the item, and no compensation will be issued.
