Officially joined the Eggplant Clan!! Even though I don't like tomatoes, I stumbled upon Eggplant Clan late and fell in love with it. Haidilao's tomato broth is so delicious! Shrimp paste, beef, celery, mushrooms, plus glass noodles—a perfect match!! I've been eating it for two weeks straight. There aren't many side dishes, so no extra salt is needed. If you can handle spice, add some yellow lantern chili sauce—sweet, sour, and savory, incredibly delicious with rice. 200g of water per 1000g or 100g of water per 500g serving is about right. I also recommend pairing it with Anjing Fortune Bags, Cheese Fish Tofu, and Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Balls.
The product is great, especially the delivery, which was incredibly fast. I ordered it at noon and it arrived that same evening. Such fast delivery is rare in Europe, so it deserves a thumbs up! Plus, it's for our New Year's Eve hot pot dinner! The delivery guy was also very responsible!
