I bought more than 30 items in total, but 20 of them were missing and I didn’t receive them at all. I contacted customer service, but the result was that I applied for a refund for each item and had to buy them again. Customer service didn’t help to deal with it, but just put the blame on the customer and asked the customer to deal with it themselves. It was obviously you who were at fault! I asked them to just send it to me again, but they said that it was the 6.18 event and they were too busy to send it to me. If they wanted to send it again, I would have to wait for a whole month. Isn’t that outrageous! You can accept new orders, but you won’t resend orders to customers because of your own mistakes? Bad after-sales review
