1. Steaming (Recommended): No need to thaw. Place frozen Shaomai in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled to prevent sticking. Steam over medium heat for 10-15 minutes .

2. Microwave: Place 2-3 pieces of frozen Shaomai in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with a small amount of water, cover, and microwave on medium heat (800W) for 90 seconds .

3. Serving: Serve immediately. Enjoy with soy sauce, chili oil, or black vinegar.
