Storage Condition
Pre opening: Please see product label for specific storage instructions. Generally, store in the freezer at -18°C or below. Post opening: Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Usage Instructions
Remove the desired number of prawns from the pack. Thaw thoroughly in the refrigerator before cooking. Rinse under cold running water and pat dry with kitchen paper. These prawns are perfect for curries, stir fries, stews, barbecues, grilling, pan searing, or as a simple tapas dish.
Cooking Instructions
Method: Cook through until piping hot via your chosen method such as boiling, grilling, pan searing, or stir frying. Ensure the internal temperature reaches above 70°C. Cooking time will vary depending on the method, typically 3 to 5 minutes. The prawns are fully cooked when they turn pink and opaque throughout. Do not overcook as this will make the flesh rubbery.
