Ensure the inner pot is clean and dry; add ingredients and liquid (follow recipe guidelines for water/liquid levels).
Place the inner pot back into the cooker, close the lid securely and confirm the lid lock is engaged.
Select the desired cooking function via the digital control panel; adjust time/pressure or set delay start as needed.
For pressure cooking: Allow the unit to build pressure automatically; follow the pressure release method (natural or quick release) as per the recipe.
After cooking, allow the pressure to release fully before opening the lid; use the included accessories for serving.
