I am really happy with this chair, it's a massive upgrade over the ikea chair I had previously been using. It was very easy to assemble you get one spare of every bolt and washer. If I had to nitpick anything the armrests have a slight rattle, there was a sihoo sticker on the back that was hardly attached and misaligned (this was a bonus for me as I would remove it anyway, this made it easier), a small fabric label on side of mesh back rest that I will have to remove.
Very comfortable. Recommended!!
