Flexible Loading System Struggling to fit in taller items? The interior is designed for maximum versatility. The upper basket is easily adjustable, allowing you to create extra vertical clearance in the bottom basket for bulky roasting tins, large dinner plates, or tall wine glasses, ensuring no awkward items are left behind in the sink.
Quiet & Convenient Operating at a quiet 47 dB, this dishwasher works diligently in the background without drowning out your conversations or evening TV shows. It also features a handy Delay Timer, allowing you to set the cycle to start exactly when it suits you—perfect for taking advantage of cheaper off-peak energy tariffs during the night.

Instructions for Use & Installation: Getting the Best from Your Midea Dishwasher
To ensure your dishes come out sparkling and your appliance runs smoothly for years to come, follow these essential guidelines:
1. Delivery and Installation
Levelling the Machine: Use the adjustable feet at the front and back of the machine to ensure it sits perfectly level on the floor. This prevents the door from twisting and ensures the machine operates quietly.
Plumbing Setup: Ensure the cold water inlet hose is securely attached and the waste water hose is connected to your under-sink plumbing. The waste hose must be elevated slightly before joining the sink pipe to prevent dirty water from flowing back into the dishwasher.
2. First-Time Setup (Salt & Rinse Aid)
Water Softener (Crucial for the UK): If you live in a hard water area, you must add dedicated Dishwasher Salt to the reservoir located at the bottom of the tub. Unscrew the cap, fill it with salt, and pour in a little water for the very first use. This prevents limescale from destroying the heating element and clouding your glasses.
Rinse Aid: Fill the Rinse Aid dispenser located on the inside of the door. This breaks down water surface tension, ensuring your dishes dry perfectly without streaks or water spots.
3. Loading the Machine Correctly
Bottom Basket: Place your heaviest and most soiled items here—dinner plates, saucepans, and serving bowls. Ensure tall items do not block the spinning spray arm located just above the basket.
Top Basket: Use this for smaller, delicate items like glasses, mugs, side plates, and plastic Tupperware.
Cutlery: Place your knives, forks, and spoons into the provided cutlery basket. Mix the silverware up so the water can circulate freely between them, and always ensure sharp knives are pointing downwards for safety.
4. Essential Maintenance
Clean the Filter: At the base of the machine, twist and remove the cylindrical micro-filter once a week. Rinse it under a hot tap to scrub away trapped food debris and grease. A clean filter is the absolute secret to preventing bad odours and ensuring perfect wash results every single time.
Safety Warning
Electrical Safety: Ensure the appliance is properly earthed and connected to a suitable electrical supply. Do not use extension cords or multi-socket adapters. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons.
Installation Requirements: The dishwasher must be installed in accordance with all applicable safety regulations. Do not install the appliance where it may be exposed to extreme temperatures or weather conditions.
Water Connection: Only use the supplied new hose set for connection to the water supply. Old hose sets should not be reused. Ensure all water connections are secure before first use to prevent leakage.
