Battery Safety: The robot contains a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Do not disassemble, puncture, crush, or expose to fire or extreme temperatures (above 60°C/140°F). Use only the provided charger and charging cable. Do not leave the robot charging unattended for extended periods.
Weight & Handling: The robot has significant weight (refer to product specifications). Use proper lifting technique when moving or transporting. Do not allow the robot to stand on unstable surfaces where it could tip over and cause injury or damage.
AI Voice Interaction: The robot uses an AI voice model for communication. Do not rely on the robot for critical safety alerts or emergency communication. Voice recognition accuracy may vary based on ambient noise and pronunciation.
Vision System Limitations: The monocular camera provides visual perception but does not guarantee complete obstacle detection. Keep the operating area clear of obstacles, stairs, drop-offs, and fragile objects. The robot may not detect transparent surfaces, thin objects, or sudden changes in elevation.
Electrical Safety: Operate the robot only in dry, indoor environments. Do not expose to water, moisture, rain, or high humidity. Unplug the charger during lightning storms or when not in use. Do not operate with a damaged power cord.
Software & Firmware: Keep the robot's software and firmware updated through official Unitree channels. Unauthorized modifications may introduce safety risks or cause unexpected behavior.
Supervised Operation: Always supervise the robot during operation, especially around children, pets, and vulnerable individuals. The robot's movements may startle or cause unexpected reactions.
Not a Medical Device: This robot is not a medical device and should not be used for patient care, elderly assistance, or any medical application without specific certification.
Radio Frequency Interference: The robot uses wireless communication. Maintain distance from pacemakers, medical implants, and sensitive electronic equipment. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for minimum safe distance.
Intended Use: Use the robot only for its intended purposes (research, education, entertainment, human-robot interaction). Do not modify the robot to carry objects beyond its specified payload capacity or to perform tasks outside its design parameters.
