Direction for Use

To fit and get started with the Halti Headcollar, first measure your dog’s neck and nose circumference and refer to the sizing guides. Introduce the headcollar to your dog slowly, ensuring a positive association. Show the headcollar to your dog, praise them, and give a food treat if they come forward to investigate it. Hold the headcollar at the top of the noseband in one hand and use a treat in the other hand to lure your dog’s nose through the loop. Allow them to eat the treat and, once relaxed, gently place the noseband across their nose and give another treat. Gradually extend the time the noseband is on before releasing the treat. Keep the hand holding the noseband still and only move the hand you are luring with.
