This is completely different from the Guizhou sour soup base I have at Haidilao restaurants. The ones there are delicious, but this one tastes exactly like their sour soup with beef seasoning—it's not the same as the Guizhou red sour soup at all. Disappointing. The service and delivery were excellent; it's a problem with Haidilao's product.
