Superb, impeccable brush, but having used an electric toothbrush before, I found the vibrations intense and the brush head quite firm for a first use. However, it's very effective; the brushing is perfect. I think it just takes some getting used to. I can feel the difference in the cleanliness of my teeth. The brush is intuitive and easy to use. Brushing feels natural and controlled. The built-in timer helps me brush my teeth just the right amount of time.
