I received the Always ultra size 6 period pads from super savvy me and they offered great all night protection. Longer pad with secure wings gave me more protection for a better night's sleep
I used to use Always a lot but since swapping to washable reusable underwear to reduce my carbon footprint I avoided these. Unfortunately, sometimes I'm not able to swap underwear easily so I wanted to try these again. They feel so much softer than they ever have, I think this has helped stop the irritation I sometimes used to get. They are long with wings so give me more confidence I can sleep through without waking up like I've been in a horror film. I still don't like the amount of plastic but until bathrooms are big and clean enough for me to change underwear easily, I'll have to use these occasionally.
