Usage Instructions
To make one cake, you will need: 125ml vegetable oil, 230ml water, and 3 medium eggs. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan-assisted ovens) or Gas Mark 4. Grease and flour two 20cm cake tins. Pour the mixture evenly into the tins. Bake for 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Ensure the core temperature exceeds 70°C.
