Preparation & Usage

All You Need:

• 90ml vegetable oil (or 90g melted butter)

• 180ml water (or 180ml milk)

• 3 medium eggs

• Recommended: 1 tub of Betty Crocker Vanilla Buttercream Icing

3 Simple Steps:

1. Whisk: Beat eggs, water, oil, and mix together for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

2. Bake: Pour into two 20cm greased tins. Bake at 180°C (160°C for fan ovens) for 22-27 mins.

3. Cool: Cool for 10 mins in tins, then remove. Once cold, sandwich with icing and jam.
