The hob features 4 HighSpeed Cooking Zones that heat up rapidly, ensuring you aren't waiting around for water to boil. You can easily adjust the heat for each zone using the + and - touch keys, selecting from 9 Variable Power Levels to suit everything from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil.

For added convenience, it includes the ReStart function. If a pan boils over and you accidentally switch the hob off while wiping it, this feature saves your last selected settings for a short time, allowing you to resume cooking instantly. Safety is also prioritized with a Child Lock to prevent unintended activation and Residual Heat Indicators that show you if a zone is still hot to the touch after use.

Safety Warning

• Unattended Cooking: Never leave the hob unattended when cooking with fat or oil, as these can ignite quickly.

• Extinguishing Fires: Never use water to extinguish a fire; instead, switch off the appliance and cover the flames with a lid or fire blanket.

• Hot Surfaces: Both the cooking zones and the surrounding area become extremely hot during operation. Avoid touching these surfaces even after use until the residual heat indicator ("H") has turned off.

• Combustible Items: Do not place flammable objects on or near the cooking surface. Do not store aerosol cans or combustible objects in drawers directly underneath the hob.

• Hob Covers: Do not use hob covers, as they can cause accidents due to overheating or shattering.

• Surface Damage: If the glass-ceramic surface is cracked or fractured, immediately switch off the appliance at the fuse box to avoid electric shock.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Do not use steam- or high-pressure cleaners on the hob. Ensure cables from other appliances do not touch hot areas, and avoid placing heavy or sharp items on the glass, as this can cause damage.

• Prevent Damage: Avoid boiling pots dry and ensure cookware has a flat, smooth base to protect the glass surface.

• Usage Guidelines: Do not use aluminum foil or plastic containers, and lift rather than drag pans to prevent scratches.

• Child Safety: Supervise children near the hob during and after use, as surfaces remain hot even after cooking has finished.

• Pan Size: Always use cookware that matches the size of the cooking zone to prevent energy waste and overheating of surrounding areas.

• Overheating: If the hob displays an error code or overheats, discontinue use and contact a qualified technician for inspection.
